West Point is a spacious 5 bedroom villa in Mykonos which is perched on the cliff overlooking the neighbouring islands of Tinos and Syros in the area of Kanalia. The penisular of Kanalia is a developing community for villa rentals and is less than a 5 minute drive to the village and beach in Ornos where the well known beach resturant, Kouzina is located, amongst other choices. Or for kite surfers the beach at Korfos Bay is a breezy inlet to ride the wind and the waves.

The villa is beautifully designed to integrate wood and local stone in traditional Cycladic architectural style characterized by plain lines, complemented by contemporary modern, white interior décor, all blending perfectly with the surrounding landscape. From it’s cliff top position is breezy enjoying panoramic views, amazing sunsets and there are stone steps down the cliff side leading to the rocky shore and crystal clear Aegean waters below 

The accommodation of the villa is on various levels and it provides a relaxed atmosphere for up to 10 adults plus 4 children, there is also an extra en-suite staff room.

There is car parking on site and an archway leading to the main entrance, located on the upper level. 
On this level is the open plan, living room with fireplace, dining area and 2 steps up to the fully equipped kitchen, featuring impressive mirrors and paintings furnished to reflect the villa’s unique quality.
Bedroom 1 is a king, also on the upper level close to the kitchen, and a bathroom with walled shower ( no curtain )  is separate and located on the other side of the living area
 
Stairs from the lounge area lead down to the lower level where there are four bedrooms each with a king size bed, en-suite bathrooms with walled showers (no curtains - one has a Jacuzzi bath, two have sofa beds ( one with 2 and another with 1 ) to accommodate children.
There are also a staff room with en-suite bathroom, a small interior sitting room and two kitchens, one is adjacent to the outdoor dining and terrace area so is ideal for preparing drinks, snacks etc and serving them outdoors.

The grounds around the villa are spacious, the terraces are built from the local stone and there are various shaded spots under the pergola which provides built in seating, long stone dining table, corner day bed with lots of cushions, a hammock and there is also a BBQ and a pizza oven.
 
Alongside the terrace is an outdoor shower and bathroom, plus the 60.0 sq. m. private swimming pool ( salt water) facing out towards the blues of the Aegean Sea
The grounds beyond the terrace are not fenced and are relatively untouched, apart from the man-made stone steps leading down towards the water and rocky access point below
