All bedrooms feature king size beds, large plasma TV, DVD and satellite TV.  All bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with showers - with bath tubs in three of them, a perfect way to relax and wind down.  Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms will create the maximum amount of comfort in the hot climate.  An air conditioned bedroom studio and a bathroom is at the guests disposal to accommodate staff, a nanny or young adults.

The living dining room is fully air conditioned and comes decorated with contemporary and Venician furtniture and a ceiling fan for those extra hot days.  The media room, also, is fully air conditioned with contemporary furtniture, Large plasma TV and DVD, Library, Stereo CD and a ceiling fan.
