Villa Sandcastle is a secluded, beachfront villa in Anguilla, extending over 10,000 sq. ft. with lushly landscaped gardens, magnificent views and located on the North Shore of the island. This truly unique 5-bedroom villa is stunning, with every attention to detail from luxury furnishings and linens, fabulous spots for relaxation, family gatherings, superb dining options and a 24/7 concierge service for booking all your activities including restaurants, boat charter, diving, spa, massage, private chef, and more.
Outside, you will find the glorious beach just steps away with a "Zen Den" featuring a 10 person family table and swinging day bed as well as a Fire Pit. There is a large gas BBQ in the gazebo with bar stools. The deck space has numerous lounge chairs and umbrellas, a fabulous infinity swimming pool and there is a Lanai - a large covered area with dining tables as well as lounge chairs/coffee table with shaded seating area facing the garden. Children love the outdoor playground with swings and trapeze bars.
The interiors are fully air-conditioned, with beautifully furnished living and dining areas, a gym/fitness room (including treadmill, bicycle, eleptical machine, free weights, yoga mat, exercise bands, full length mirror), children's playroom and 5 gorgeous bedrooms and a children's room, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz counters, 6 burner gas stove, large oven, extra wine fridge and ample cookware and small appliances. A private chef can be engaged for preparing 3 meals per day or special family gathering dinners complete with candlelight and a grand baby piano can be played to accompany your pre-dinner cocktails.
Entertainment in abundance with Cable TV and flat screen in all bedrooms, living room, Kids lounge and Kitchen. Apple TV in all bedrooms. Ultra Fast Dual WAN WIFI throughout Villa. Xbox One and Xbox 360, Apple IMac as well as Sonos, Pandora, Spotify access.

A new addition is the 4 bedroom Beach House which can be rented together with Sandcastle, offering a total of 9 bedrooms for up to 20 guests.

Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings including down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktail, desk/office setup if you must work, and large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub (candles included!), romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Second Master Suite: Private stairway entrance, private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, king bed, and en suite bathroom. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Two Guest King Bedrooms: these 2 rooms are identical. En suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open on to the patio area, a few steps away from the pool, with their own chairs in the shaded Lanai
One Double King Bedroom: this new addition is perfect to sleep 4 kids or a family of 4 who enjoy to be close to the kids. Large room with en-suite bathroom and two closets. Fans, AC, Xbox, and Apple TV.
Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing Xbox. Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to about age 12. Fully air conditioned and enclosed, powder bathroom is just down the hall with toilet and sink.
