Villa Carolina is a lovely, farmhouse style villa originally built in 1990 in a quaint, old style. The villa is surrounded by the fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font. It offers marvellous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time. Located in a perfect position for easy access to the delightful Pollensa Old Town and just 5km to the coastal port and beaches.

The main entrance leads to the comfortable indoor living areas. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Majorcan curtains and plaids create beautiful, welcoming interiors. The ground floor features the wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar.

The three bedrooms are in the right wing of the house. They have 2 beds in each, air-conditioning and all have en-suite bathrooms with shower.

From the lounge, a glass door leads to the covered terrace and to the garden and pool beyond. A highlight of the villa is the wonderful garden which is lawned with pretty shrub and flower beds in adbundance. On the estate you will also find orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees in the fields. Another beautiful aspect is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and seating areas.
