2019 at La Fraissinede

2019 has been a great year for La Fraissinede. The house has been fully occupied throughout the summer. 

The sun has shone from May through to October. The house and gardens have been maintained in pristine condition and the owners have received glowing reports about the fine running of the house and the hospitality shown.

HOUSE NEWS

Interior designer, Samantha Todhunter, did a makeover earlier in the year on the apartment. This is a two guest bedroom apartment situated across the courtyars. This now has a double bedroom and a twin room and is absolutely stunning.

FOODY NEWS

New chef, Sam Wiggins, has recently been welcomed to the team. She knows where to find all the local delicacies. She lives locally and she speaks fluent French. Sam will pick up food for guests pre arrival. She will also send out menu options so guests may make their menu choices pre arrival. 

WINE NEWS

The home grown La F wine is always popular with guests. The team have recently teamed up with Wendy Gedney from Vin en Vacances. She has created a range of hankpicked vineyard tours for guests. There are walking wine tours starting right from the house, to private lunches in the homes of local wineries. 

Wendy will even bring wine tasting to the house for those who do not wish to venture far.
