On the ground floor is the welcoming entrance hallway with staircase to the upper floor. There is a spacious living room and dining area for 8 people. There is also a well equipped, modern kitchen and laundry room. From the kitchen there is access out on to the furnished terrace. The terrace may also be accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms. To the left of the entrance is the guest toilet and 3 double bedrooms.

Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides access onto a large terrace with sunbeds and a shower.

To the left is the 2 bedroom apartment/annexe.

Outdoors – within the private garden is the swimming pool (6m×12m). There is a dining area alongside the pool and a built-in gas BBQ. The gazebo is lovely and a fruit garden boasts a variety of exotic fruit trees.

Sierra Belle comfortably Sleeps 10 people in the main part of the villa. It can accommodate an additional 4 people in the staff/guest apartment.
