La Sarriette is one of the most beautiful and perfect villas on the French Riviera. It is a 5 bedroom villa in a stunning location. It can sleep up to 14 guests and has an incredible design and fantastic facilities.

La Sarriette is situated in an exclusive residential area. It is just 10 minutes walk from the charming and typical French town of Théoule-sur-Mer. The villa has been thoughtfully positioned. It enjoys breathtaking views of the sea, countryside and mountains from its private swimming pool. It also has a lovely, private, large garden.

Within its 350m2 living area, La Sarriette features an open-plan living/dining room. This is spacious and light with a large fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also Apple TV and a DVD player.

The living room is contemporary with a touch of the original character. It still has original features such as its old exposed wooden beams.

There is a small staircase with beautiful ironwork leading down from the kitchen into the living room. The property is air conditioned throughout. The floors are tiled. The tiles keep the villa cooler in the height of summer.

The kitchen has a central island and a large American fridge/freezer. There is a large oven/grill with gas hob. Double French windows lead out onto the terrace. There is a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. 

The garden and grounds of La Sarriette are perfect for families with children and gathering family occasions.

The outdoor area has a beautiful garden of 2800m2. It is planted with palm trees and exquisite flower beds. There is a large private swimming pool and 150m2 of terraces. There are three different outdoor seating areas. These are furnished with large sofas and chairs to relax in. There is also as a hammock and small bar area by the pool. This is equipped with a large American fridge so you may enjoy ice cold drinks without going inside. 

La Sarriette has a large collection of furniture including twelve sun loungers. There are twenty chairs and three dining tables. There is also a portable Weber gas BBQ.  A ping-pong table and toys for the swimming pool are also provided.

Bedroom One: Master bedroom. Situated on the entrance level. It has a superking size bed and flatscreen TV. There is an en-suite shower room and a study with a double sofa bed. There is access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. 

Bedrooms two three and four are on the pool level with access to the garden and pool. 

Bedroom two: Superking bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom three: twin beds (which can be made up as a superking-size) and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom four:  queen size double bed and en-suite shower & bathroom. 

Bedroom five: This is a suite on the lower level with a queen-sized bed. There is also an additional pull out sofa bed. It has a large private bathroom with a double Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. There is access to the garden from the suite.

Tennis court : The shared tennis court is 200 metres from the villa. The villa owner is a member of the tennis club. Guests may use the tennis court whenever it is free. 

Boat charter : It is possible to charter a Princess V65 motor yacht. The yacht is called "Carte Blanche" and includes skipper. The boat charter is at an additional cost. Prices on request.

Location and activities
Just 10 minutes’ walk brings you to the charming village of Théoule-sur-Mer. Here you will find shops, bakery and pharmacy. There is a post office, cafés and restaurants. Every Sunday and Thursday morning there is a market at Figueirette Port. Here they sell fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fish. Other goods such as clothes and locally made pottery are also sold here.

Beaches
Théoule's main beach is Plage Suveret. This is a lovely public beach with safe swimming. Lifeguards are on duty from mid June to mid September. There is an excellent restaurant called Chez Philippe. This offers an à la carte menu and a €28 set meal for lunch. There is also a bar and snack bar. 

A walk around the marina brings you to another public beach. There is also a private beach called Magellan. There are lots of restaurants and snack bars to choose from as you walk the coast. It is only 10 minutes from Chez Philippe to the Marco Polo beach and restaurant in the town centre. 

There are a number of walks including a complete circuit of the headland. The headland is called L’Aiguille. The complete circuit walk takes about 1hr 15 mins. In Théoule there is a choice of water sports and boat hire available. There is plenty of parking for those driving there. However, it does get very busy in the height of the season.
