The focal point of the villa for outdoor summer living is the lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, surrounded by a lovely sundeck furnished for soaking up the sun. Enjoy peaceful time on the cosy terrace lounge area or sunset cocktails with views of the bay. Inside there is an open-plan modern kitchen / living room area, beautifully furnished and with a large LCD TV. High ceilings and large glass doors gives a beautiful sense of space and natural light and the living area is furnished with comfy leather chairs to relax in for a movie night. The kitchen is very well equipped and to the side of the living room, a shaded terrace features an open kitchen with a fireplace, outdoor stove with a dining table for 10 guests.

There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms on the upper floor, all with light wood, creamy colours, private balconies and equipped with large wardrobes, vanity tables and spacious en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor through a small passage behind the living areas.

Services at Villa Toni include housekeeping (every 4 days) and a house manager on call for any assistance as well as concierge services to book boat trips, restaurant recommendations etc.

A twenty minute drive will bring you to magnificent Dubrovnik town and don’t miss the wonderful boat trips that can be arranged to places such as the Elafiti Islands, Peljesac Peninsular or Korcula Island. For exploring further afield, don’t miss Mostar just over the border into Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kotor Bay in nearby Montenegro.
