Timbuktu by the Sea is a brand-new 5 bedroom seafront villa. It is located on the incredible coastline of Boscobel (not far from Oracabessa), Jamaica. The interiors are beautifully decorated with traces of Timbuktu, the Middle East and Asia. Timbuktu is contemporary in design and set in a beautiful tropical background.

Enter the villa through handsomely carved doors that lead into the main living area. A covered terrace and dining area lead out to the pool with numerous dining and sitting spaces.

The lower-level lawn is home to the outside BBQ area. This provide another space to dine or relax. There is also space for outside yoga looking over the sea.

Stairs lead you to the jetty where guests can snorkel and swim when the sea is calm. A popular dive site is located approximately 100 yards from the jetty. This can be reached through shore diving or by boat.  The villa is situated between two fish sanctuaries and thus is an ideal location for snorkeling or scuba diving. At certain times of the year, guests can see a turtle release nearby. This is part of an important marine sanctuary program and a delight for kids of all ages.  

Sandy beaches are just a short drive away.

Timbuktu by the Sea offers 5 bedrooms with fabulous modern bathrooms. All have private terraces or balconies with a sea view. Each bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen 50” TV with cable access and a sea view. The bathrooms offer robes, amenities & safes.

Upon arrival the talented chef will design a personalized menu with you for your stay. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients including those grown on our grounds to create delicious dishes. These are sure to tantalize your taste buds. From succulent seafood to mouth-watering meat dishes the menu has something for everyone.
