ANTIGUA

Antigua is located in the Eastern Caribbean in the centre of the Leeward Islands, approximately 17 degrees north of the equator. It is the largest of the English-speaking Leeward Islands of the Caribbean and lies just north of the islands of St. Martin, St. Barths, St. Kitts and Nevis. Antigua enjoys a fabulous climate with year round sunshine, averaging 26-30 degrees C, low rainfall and low humidity making it one of the sunniest Caribbean islands.

MEXICO

Mexico is in the southern part of North America bordered to the north by the United States. It is bordered to the south and west by the Pacific Ocean. To the southeast it is bordered by Guatemala, Belize, and the Caribbean Sea. To the east is the Gulf of Mexico.

ST BARTHS

St Barths—also known as St. Barts, and Saint Barthélemy—is a French-speaking Caribbean island known for its luxe vibe and flawless beaches. Popular among the jet set, St Barths is home to many high-end restaurants, designer stores, and yachts. The population of the 9.26-square-mile island was around 10,000 in the most recent census.

St Barths is located in the heart of the Caribbean Islands. With the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the Caribbean Sea to the east, St Barths offers fourteen exceptional beaches set along its 32 kilometers of coastline.

How to get to St Barths:  There are no direct flights to St Barts from cities in the continental US or from any cities in Europe. St Barths’ uniquely short runway at Gustav III Airport (SBH) can only accommodate STOL (short takeoff and landing) prop planes seating 18 people or less.

You can however fly to a nearby island in a large jet on a standard commercial flight, then go over to St Barts in a smaller plane. The benefit of flying in one of these smaller planes is that you will fly at a lower altitude. You will also have a better view of the surrounding islands as you approach St Barts.

You’ll see hidden coral reefs, uninhabited islands with private beaches and sailboats . As you approach St Barths you’ll be low enough to pick out individual red roofed villas and fly over mega yachts. You will also have a birds-eye view of Gustavia and its picturesque harbour.

ST KITTS AND NEVIS

ST LUCIA

St Lucia forms part of the Windward Islands in the southern part of Caribbean islands. It is approx. 90 miles northwest of Barbados and 21 miles south of Martinique

The majority of the villas within our St Lucia villa rental portfolio are located on the Cap Estate. This is a large residential development at the very northern tip of the island. It offers luxury homes for holiday rentals, others are purely residential. Most have stunning views of the surrounding tropical landscape. Views often extend over Pigeon Island National Park. This is a forty four acre National Trust reserve which is connected to the mainland by a man-made causeway.

Causeway Beach, has two stretches of white sand and leads to Pigeon Island National Park. The northern area of the beach has a picnic area and is a focal meeting place for the local St Lucians on the weekends and bank holidays. In the park there are 18th century military ruins at Fort Rodney. There is also a restaurant featuring local cuisine and a historical themed pub and restaurant. If you take the hike up the hill to the lookout point at the top the views stretch right across to Reduit Beach.

Reduit Beach, is the most popular long stretch of soft sandy beach, with hotels and a variety of water-sports available. Pigeon Point (as it is often called) is the main venue of the annual St Lucia Jazz Festival, held each year May. This attracts a host of international stars. A ferry runs between the island and Rodney Bay on an hourly schedule.

Rodney Bay is across the bay from Pigeon Point. It is the busiest tourist area. Here there are hotels, good restaurants and bars. There is also a shopping mall, banks, mini marts and supermarkets and a variety of very lively nightlife and a busy marina.

The local village of Gros Islet hosts the now famous Friday Night Jump Up. This is an all night street party to sample the local music and some tasty delights.

ST MARTIN

Saint Martin is part of the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean Sea. It comprises 2 separate countries. It is divded between its northern French side, called Saint-Martin and its southern Dutch side, Sint Maarten. The island is home to busy resort beaches and secluded coves. It's also known for fusion cuisine, vibrant nightlife and duty-free shops selling jewelry and liquor.

How to get to St Martin:  St Martin is one of the most convenient Caribbean islands to reach. The airport is a central hub for the Caribbean and features direct flights from major US, Canadian and European cities. A flight from the New England area is roughly 4 hours long.

Despite the island’s small size, the island has two airports. The main airport is Princess Juliana Airport that handles the vast majority of international carriers. 

The secondary airport is Esperance Grand Case Airport located on the French side. The airport is smaller and provides regional flights as well as Corsair’s international arrival from Paris Orly. Grand Case airport is recommended for guests looking to day trip to nearby islands due to it’s small size and efficiency for check in.

ST VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES

St. Vincent and the Grenadines is a southern Caribbean nation comprising a main island, St. Vincent, and a chain of smaller islands. It has yacht-filled harbors, chic private isles and volcanic landscapes. It is known for its major sailing destinations such as reef-lined Bequia Island off Admiralty Bay. This is bordered by white-sand beaches like Princess Margaret. The main island is home to the capital, Kingstown.

The island of St. Vincent lies about 20 miles (32 km) southwest of St Lucia and 100 miles (160 km) west of Barbados. It is 18 miles (30 km) long and has a maximum width of 11 miles (18 km). The larger islands of the Grenadines associated with Saint Vincent are Bequia, Canouan, Mayreau, Mustique, Palm Island, Petit Saint Vincent Island and Union Island. The Tobago Cays, just to the east of Mayreau, have been designated a wildlife reserve.

St Vincent has thickly wooded volcanic mountains running north-south and many short swift streams.

TOBAGO

Tobago is a part of twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. These are both located in the very  southern part of the Caribbean island archipelago . Tobago, the smaller island is 21 miles away from Trinidad. Trinidad is only 7 miles off the coast of Venezuela  

Tobago is still one of the unspoiled Caribbean islands. This is in contrast to its sister and neighbouring island of Trinidad. Trinidad is a busy bustling destination. Tobago is a special place with natural beauty, amazing bird life, friendly people and beautiful beaches.
